Terrible service! They delivered and installed the machine, it was not tested by the technician. It was faulty during FIRST use, and when I called to complain, they put it through warranty process. Its been 2 weeks and the machine is NOT working and very little effort to resolve the situation.

BHC was very prompt in responding, provided an accurate quote, and completed the job on time. I will use him again! Easy to work with is exactly what I was looking for in a contractor. I will use him for bigger jobs next time.
