Within the 1st few hours of requesting a quote, Simon contacted me and set a time to come by to look at the job. We were looking to replace the flooring throughout the entire house and 2 staircases. Simon gave a few great suggestions on what could be done, particularly with the basement stairs and came back with a very reasonable proposal promptly. After getting 3 more quotes we chose to work with SB Hardwood. As my husband works night shift, Simon was able to arrange with his team member (Matthew) to start at 7am & be finished each day by 1pm so my husband could get some sleep. Although this made the project longer than usual, every day Matthew arrived on time and left the house swept up and tidy. Every day I was kept abreast of each stage of the project and the job was completed on the promised date. We had only one small issue with the refurbished banister being loose due to the way it was originally designed but Simon came back the next day to inspect the problem. He quickly came up with the best solution to make the banister solid and safe and that was to my liking. Due to their busy schedule, we had to wait a couple of weeks to get the modification done but they returned as promised and had everything done within a few hours. I highly recommend Simon and his team and will definitely have them back for any future updates to our home. Thanks Simon and Matthew. Job excellently done!

I only have great things to say about Ardian! Within an hour of submitting my request to Home Stars to have the 45 year old siding on the rear of our house replaced, he phoned me and we agreed to come to take a look at the job the next day (Canada Day!). By Tuesday he sent a very reasonable quote, while the other contractors that were interested didnt even respond to my request until Wednesday. Ardian was able to accommodate our job right away and an excellent job was completed within 1 week start to finish. Ardian was always very professional, personable and pleasure to work with. I highly recommend Ardian and Expert Aluminum!

We hired VR Moving to move my elderly father from Hamilton to a retirement residence in Mississauga. They were on time and worked quickly & observed all COVID protocols. Although there was not a lot of furniture & things to move, they took great care of wrapping, loading and unloading everything. Upon finishing unloading at our destination, they generously set up all the furniture items and even did a minor repair of the bed frame as a bolt had been lost prior to the move. It was a pleasure to deal with this small family business! They proved to be movers who care about their customers. I highly recommend VR Moving and will likely use their services again.

This is the 2nd bathroom project we had done with A.L Interior Contracting and once again Adrian & Val did an amazing job!! Although I had an idea of what I wanted, Adrian gave me professional guidance through all the design details to choose the accessories and finishes that would work best for our bathroom and budget. They kept us abreast of every stage of the project and finished in the time frame promised. I can’t say enough great things about Adrian & Val. First they were able to squeeze us into their busy schedule to get our powder room redone before Christmas. We can’t thank them enough for that alone. Adrian & Val did a beautiful job from start to finish. Brian was great giving us all the information & details we needed to make an informed decision. We had to wait 2 months for installation due to Covid 19 but we were kept updated as to the timeline. As soon as possible Brian called and we were 1st on the list. The installation crew were on time professional and did an excellent job. The clean up was excellent. You would not know they had even been here. The windows are Canadian made, great quality, look great and a good price. I would definitely recommend Thermo Bilt Windows.
