Possibly the worst experience of our lives. Dishonest, unethical, and unprofessional. Do not do business with this firm. Nothing on time, nothing on budget and impossible to get a hold of. We are discouraging everyone to avoid dealing with Ironwood at all costs.
We had a sewage backup as a result of a broken clay pipe from our house to the street. Nas and his crew were able to diagnose the problem in an efficient and expedient manner and completed the job, on time, on budget and with the utmost professionalism and courtesy. Very refreshing change. He even called a few days later to follow up. Strongly recommend.
