Tyson contacted me right after I posted my request, and offered to talk right away if needed (11 pm). As it was not an emergency he called the day after and on the same day got the job done and made sure everything was perfect before calling it done. Once done he also spent time explaining some questions I had on other renovation projects and offer to help on those too. I'll be calling him again at some point for sure!

The seller sugestet retroofit windows, there was no need for that, I now have smaller windows, just because those are the easier to install for them. The installers did a good job, except with the caulking, that looks pretty unprofessional.
