We bought a house in summer. When the winter started we started to feel very dry in the house. My kids were also feeling dryness in the house. Sales person kenith from the company came to our house for the initial check up and to see if there is some thing wrong with the furnace. He told us that we have to put a humidifer. ever since we had the humidifer installed at our house we feel very comfortable. Thanks kenith for solving our problem.
