An assisted review is collected by a contractor on behalf of the homeowner after their work is completed. The homeowner must confirm the text of the review and may make any changes she or he deems appropriate. The homeowner then assigns the contractor a review score out of 10. Assisted reviews receive the same scrutiny as other reviews and must follow our review guidelines.
I commend them for their quality waterproofing, and quick and caring service. We had water leaks in the basement for six years and although we had in the past waterproofing done by another company it did not solve the problem. Umbrella's crew on the other hand did an outstanding work almost a year ago - last spring - and the leaks in our basement completely stopped since then. They delivered real results and I will definitely use this company again
