My washer was not working and Eric came to fix it the next day, he was on time, very polite, with his face mask on. He found that the washer has a loose piece and quickly fixed. He also found that my dryer was noisy and he knew exactly the problem without even looking at it. He replaced the part and made the dryer like new. Eric is very knowledgeable and very professional. I would definitely recommend him.
