My husband, Mike, and I would like to take a moment to thank Pratt Homes Barrie for the services they have provided to us. Karen, Bruno and everyone else there, have been a pleasure to work with! We won a condo from the Rock 95 birthday bash, which Karen, and Pratt Homes, gave to Rock 95 as the main prize. First of all, I can't believe that they donated such a prize as that! That is above and beyond what anyone going to the Bash expected! And secondly, the condo is BEAUTIFUL!!!! They spared no expense in the many upgrades at the condo and the condo complex istelf is miles and above what we were expecting. The decor in the condo building is nicer than I have seen in any other complex ever, and like I already said, our condo is perfect! As for condo life itself, it is amazing! We are a young, busy family, with lots to do, so it is nice to be able to spend time together rather than snowblowing the laneway or cutting the lawn! Again, thank you so much to Pratt Barrie, and would like to tell anyone who is in the market for either a condo or a home, Pratt Barrie comes very highly recommended by us and by our numerous friends and family who have bought a Pratt home themselves.
