Our furnace was making loud noises. We thought something is broken in the furnace. However, a friend of mine was very knowledable and told us that we need to service our furnace. He gave us the company number and we called them. They came on time and cleaned the furnace. Now the noise is gone. We would definitely recommend furnace and ac direct.
