Just had our carpets cleaned this morning - we are very impressed. We paid what was quoted; there was no pressure to buy extra services or product. There was absolutely no smell and Bill was efficient and self contained. He didn't need to dump any dirty water down my sink or toilet. I was surprised at how quickly the carpets dried. They look great!

I love hearing stories of other carpet cleaners. I think most people would rather go to the dentist than get their carpets cleaned! I am glad we found each other. When I get a referral from 'the neighbour next door' like in your case, I know I am doing something right!
