I had signed a contract with Action kitchen and bath on May 24, 2021. Today is Mar 3, 2022. My work is not completed yet. The total amount to build and install cabinet was 26,420 CAD. The sales person from Action Kitchen visited my place and gave the quote. I have never dealt with such unprofessional team like that owned by Action Kitchen anywhere in my entire life. I would not recommend them to anyone with big or small project work. The reasons are 1. They DO NOT deliver. They make big promises on the quality, delivery date, completion etc but they never do what they sign on contract. 2. They never respond calls. Once they have your money, your work is not a priority for them. 3. Their quality of work is very poor. I have cabinet edges out from many places which they never fixed. 4. As per signed contract, I should get lazy susan, garbage bin, glasses on shelves, crown moldings and many other things which are not delivered yet. Even door handles are not installed in 60% of cabinets. Imagine how will you use the kitchen with door handles. 4. Their installation employees keep changing. You will not meet same employee twice. 5. The sales lady, will not even save the number and will not recognize the customer once the contract is signed. She is very nice initially till the contract is signed. Then she starts upselling. My kitchen price started with 18,500CAD as the first quote and then went up to 26,420. 6. They asked me to pay the completion amount to the back splash installation, and i was under pressure as the winter season started. Without kitchen, it would have been really difficult with young kids.
