This is the second time we have had Dyna-Crete repair water-leaking cracks in our foundation. Both times Bryan has provided us with a prompt inspection of our problem and an analysis of what our likely alternatives are. He discusses the best "hopeful" solution and the worst case scenarios. Fortunately for us, both of our cracks have been accessible from the interior of our basement and outside excavation was not required. Our problem was fixed within 2 days of our initial call. Bryan and Colin explain what they are doing, what the cause of the cracks are and how they are fixing the problem. They are very diligent about testing their finished work and we have never had a problem after completion.
