An assisted review is collected by a contractor on behalf of the homeowner after their work is completed. The homeowner must confirm the text of the review and may make any changes she or he deems appropriate. The homeowner then assigns the contractor a review score out of 10. Assisted reviews receive the same scrutiny as other reviews and must follow our review guidelines.
I recently called John and Informed Decisions to have a mold inspection done on our family home after my daughter was repeatedly falling ill with resperatory ailments. John was very thorough in the mold inspection, allowing me to follow him throughout the process and keept me updated with everything he found and suspected. He used a thermal imaging camera during the course of his inspection and this helped him locate the cause of our water intrusion. After air sampling was completed, Informed Decisions provided a detailed report outlining exactly what was found in our home, the amounts of mold and other particles present, and where they were the most dense. Our daughters bedroom had the highest readings of any area of the house and seemed to be the source of the contamination. A remediation plan was immediately put together and John's team of professionals was able to remove the mold from our home and resolve the problem with minimal disruption to our lives.
