Tim was excellent to deal with! Coming from a subdivision in Burlington, to a country home on the outskirts of Flamborough, we had no idea about well water and softeners! Tim was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. He helped us out and answered all our questions, regardless how silly they seemed!
