i cant believe that i paid $ to hear their Technician swearing at me !!! and when i complain, manager didn't do anything. not even an apology HUGE advice .. NEVER CALL THEM TO DO ANY WORK FOR YOU ... find a legitimate company and have a peace of mind ...

Our service manager told the customer that we would send someone out at no further charge to fix the problem, and an apology was given at that time. The service manager was waiting the return of the company owner to ok this service, but he unfortunately has been off work with pneumonia since the beginning of the year. If M is still interested in having this work done please call in to the office, ask for the service manager and we will arrange a time to have it done.
