In 2017 we commissioned this company to install a hot water tank and new HVAC system and gave them an arm and a leg to do it. Fast forward one year we notice water in the family room. It took us a while to figure out where it was coming from, in the dead of winter, but eventually discovered they had failed to glue together the furnace exhaust pipe and it had been leaking condensation behind our wall. We had mold damage to our drywall, installation and baseboards. Reliance didn’t seem to care that their installers made a mistake. I’m currently in contact with the resoluation centre which is a daunting process. I sent them a file with repair bills, pictures and videos and still haven’t heard a word. They won’t even take ownership of their mistakes. Do yourself a favor and use anyone but reliance.
