J McCarthy in Newfoundland

Purchased a home in 2018, all Jeld-Wen windows in the house. The windows looked really dirty, however it was not all dirt. The windows are not leaking there isnt any condensation but there is a hazy cloudy film between the glass in all my windows, terrible on a sunny day. I have reached out to this company several times in several ways, they are not answering my question as to why this is happening. I know i am not getting them replaced through warranty even though they offer limted life time warranty, I did not expect anything for free. I simply want them to tell me why its happening, what causes its. The will not answer me

I visited Toronto Granite based on great HomeStars ratings. Picking out the color granite was easy based on their slabs on site. Measuring went well, the install date was delayed a little (no surprise there as it happens). The installers did a fantastic job they had to do some tweaking here and there. I have to say that I was not sold on granite, however, Toronto Granite made things easy and the granite looks great, I would 100% recommend them.
