To cut the long story short: 1. Boiler stopped working. 2. Called 5 guys. 3. Did not get an appointment with Novel care. 5. Got an appointment with another one. 6. Number 5 ? didn't show up 7. Surprisingly, Sean from Number 3 did? 8. Although boiler re-started on its own last night, Sean thoroughly checked the issues and did his thing. 9. Nice work, nice smile, nice guy. 10. What more can I ask for???
