Repair control board on washing machine
Carlos quickly identified the problem and had a replacement board available. Not satisfied with fixing the immediate problem, he checked further to see if there were other issues an found a faulty hot water valve which he was also able to replace right away. Had he not taken the extra step, there is little doubt we would have had to call him back at some point in the future. Also, Carlos was very friendly and informative regarding the problems and explained them in a way that was easily undertandable. Definitely want him back if we run into other problems
