Assisted Review

An assisted review is collected by a contractor on behalf of the homeowner after their work is completed. The homeowner must confirm the text of the review and may make any changes she or he deems appropriate. The homeowner then assigns the contractor a review score out of 10. Assisted reviews receive the same scrutiny as other reviews and must follow our review guidelines.

John, Stephen and I can't thank you enough for taking such great care of us during our "mold crisis". As you know, having three young children and our family living in a home we suspected to have mold issues was very concerning to us. There was so much information out there that our heads were spinning with possible health concerns and air quality scares. You took the time to explain everything and were very patient with us as we bombarded you with what seemed like a million questions. I can't imagine any of your competitors would have shown us such compassion and honest concern. Right from the very start I was certain that we had made the right decisions in hiring Informed Decisions. Your inspection was very thorough and we were able to move forward with very professional air sampling the same day. Once our suspected mold growth was confirmed, you helped us move forward with the remediation process very quickly and ensured the disruption to our lives was minimal. Everything was taken car of very quickly, and completely, ensuring that my family was once again living in a safe and mold free environment.
