This is a late review, the work was done 2 months ago. Contacted several businesses about our pipe leaking issue before settling on Pristine Plumbing. Andrew was very punctual, inspected the problem areas and quickly performed the work, very professional. After the work was done, Andrew also revised down the initial estimate based on our prior discussion as it was less extensive than initially estimated.

Out of the 5 reputable companies on homestar, we went with Busy Boys, because of material used (5 quotes allowed me to learn quite a bit about the job), price and timeliness, but most importantly, Mike. Mike is very thorough and professional, inspected the roof before giving out a quote and coming back for quality check after the job is done. He is also easy to communicate with and answered all our questions. The crew is also very professional, they were prompt, completed the job in a timely manner and cleaned up well. Overall a very pleasant experience so far.
