Im glad i decided to use Novel Care to install my new boiler, Darren the service manager came to my house and took his time explaining in details about the installation.He also drew pictures to explain to me about the the new venting and making things up to code.. Darren also mention he has very well trained installers that will do a great job and nothing will go wrong. Hammed and Peter came to install the new boiler and did an excellent job.They were also very well mannered when speaking to me ,i was very impress by this.After when they finish installing my new boiler ,they really did a good job cleaning up my basement.Again i was very impress .The whole experience from start to finish was superb.
