My wife and I recently bought a home in Calgary in the midst of one of the coldest winters in recent history. The home looked great, but we needed an inspection prior to conveyance. The inspector is exceptional, clearly experienced, informative and very helpful during the two inspection events. The summary report provided us with appropriate photos, written details, recommendations and clear service and/or repair tasks. Would definitely use them again!
