An assisted review is collected by a contractor on behalf of the homeowner after their work is completed. The homeowner must confirm the text of the review and may make any changes she or he deems appropriate. The homeowner then assigns the contractor a review score out of 10. Assisted reviews receive the same scrutiny as other reviews and must follow our review guidelines.
This was a major job, installation of a new, high efficiency furnace requiring new venting. Tim and Damon showed up on time, inspected the site with me, explained everything that was going to take place and got to it. Everything went smoothly and efficiently and the job was completed in a timely fashion. Everything I needed to know about the new furnace was explained to me and all pilots that had gone out during the gas turn-off were re-lit and everything was functioning well. Clean up was excellent and no damage to carpets or walls occurred during the job. It was a delight.
