Before I purchased the deal on WagJag, I called ProTech first to make sure there are spots available still as I wanted my house cleaned before Christmas. So they booked me in for the 19th of December at 11:00 am. today is the 19th of December, I missed half day of work to wait for the cleaner/s. I called at 11:15 am inquiring about the cleaner/s. The guy who picked up the phone said he would call me right back. 11:30 am, I called again, the same guy picked up and said "I'll call you right back again" And no calls, nothing. What kind of a company is this? what kind of service? I will fight tooth and nail to get a refund on this really really crappy service.
