The windows are excellent quality. The only complaint I had was the installation was supposed to be done in November and it didn’t happen until December. I understand that there are delays when custom ordering but no one followed up with us to give us an update. We had to call them.

Thanks for the great review! We apologize for the delay, you are correct, custom ordering can be challenging. We have, however, taken some very serious steps to improve our customer care program, and this is an issue we are definitely addressing.
