An assisted review is collected by a contractor on behalf of the homeowner after their work is completed. The homeowner must confirm the text of the review and may make any changes she or he deems appropriate. The homeowner then assigns the contractor a review score out of 10. Assisted reviews receive the same scrutiny as other reviews and must follow our review guidelines.
We had a problem , our roof leaked and over time it created Mold in 1 of the bedrooms. We found Canada's Restoration on Home stars and sent them a request to contact us. With in 3 Minutes we received a call back from a lady name Anat who booked an inspection fro Marat. Marat is a senior manager but still made me feel like I am the only customer or task he has. The service was great. The pricing was fair. When the Mold was removed, we had Josh from the construction dep, came in scope the work, we added some more requests that were all executed perfectly. This company deserves 100 , not 10 !!
