Dealt with a man names Reza.. was exceptionally pleasant and very honest. Being a woman with zero understanding or education on home repairs, and already had experienced being ripped off with a home repair and my vehicle repair, I was already preparing myself with being told that my furnace was going to need extensive and expensive work done to repair it. But Reza was not only extremely honest with me regarding the problem, it was a very reasonable fee that I was charged. He also took the time to show me and explain what the problem was patiently and courteously. Needless to say, I was very impressed with his professionalism. I would and definitely will refer Maple Air Inc. to anyone I know.
