Michael was very prompt with the return of my phone call, I also tried calling other companies for quotes but none returned my call. He was very professional and knew the products very well - also explained everything in detail. He came off as a very presentable honest man, and for these reasons we chose to go with Gold Seal Caulking. On the day of the work we were very pleased, the crew was on time and began work right away. The result was stellar. I have seen other homes that had been re-caulked, but they did not look as neat and clean as this did, I was very impressed. As I did mention Michael was very honest at first meet, and he was all throughout - he made sure everything that was agreed upon was completed. The work space was kept clean, and was left just the way it was before the guys showed up. If you are looking for a top notch caulking contractor, who will not disappoint - this is the company.
