I bought a voucher for a Junk Masters removal and booked 3 weeks in advance for the service. They called 10 minutes before the end of the time block, showed up an hour later and couldn't do the job. They were meant to come the next day and never called or came by and when I tried to reschedule - once again they didn't show up or call. When I finally was able to get in touch they told me there were new business practices in place and to get refund for the voucher. They have been uncommunicative, unprofessional and I would tell anyone to run (with your junk) in the other direction.
