My experiences with Steven and BlackForest Woodworking was by far much superior to others. Not only was he the most responsive and patient, but his quote was very competitive. Working in the retail industry, I know what good customer service consists of, and Steven's got it right. From initial consultation, we didn't doubt his attention to detail and we were definitely not disappointed with the end result. The finished piece is a beautiful addition to our living room. Our only regret was not doing it sooner!
