I was so impressed that Mr. Brannon returned my call so quickly and assured me over the phone that my problem wasn't urgent, but he did make an appointment for two days later. This is the gentlemen who used to appear on CBC Radio giving appliance repair tips. I never thought he would have time for me, but luckily for me he did, and did an excellent job.
