When our heating went out one morning, Sam was able to come in the very same day to take a look. He took his time to inspect the issue and explained exactly what was happening. He is very knowledgeable and responsive and answered all our questions. He worked around his schedule and drove through 2 hrs of GTA traffic to install a new furnace for us. His team are very clean and tidy. Sam also followed dup after the installation to make sure our heat was working after 24 hours. I would definitely recommend Phoenix Heating because they are reliable, polite, professional and just awesome!
