First of all I would like to say that we rent the Tankless Hot Water Heater and this has been working perfectly for the last 2 years. We also have a recirculating pump so the hot water is instantly available when you turn on the tap. Our recirculating pump stopped working and I called Reliance to come and take a look at it. First Brittany came to look at the pump and determined that it was the electrical connection that was not functioning properly. So Stephan Schulz, plumber, and Michael Hill, electrician, came out to our house and were able to diagnose the problem and fix it quickly. They also saw that the pump vibration was causing some unnecessary noise and also fixed that. Thank you to all the Reliance team for helping me to solve the issue I was having in a courteous and timely manner. I would highly recommend Reliance for their great service!
