Mark is a very knowledgable and helpful service provider. He installed my new washer dryer and he took the time to hook up my gas bbq which required some work to the gas line. Throughout the process he explained what he was doing and I learned quite a bit from him. He also pointed out various deficiencies that he will address in a subsequent visit. I felt quite comfortable with him as he explained everything he was doing step by step and would highly recommend to anyone.
We setup an appointment with Joey for gutter and window cleaning in November a couple months before under their $39 gutter cleaning promotion and added $40 window cleaning on top. On the day of our appointment, no one showed up which was especially frustrating as I took the day off. My subsequent followup emails were unanswered. The lack of accountability and customer service for a company that claims to have been operating for 15 years is shocking. Will not recommend this company to anyone.
