It is a rare occasion when you encounter a sales person / company that operates with "old-fashioned" honesty and integrity in identifying the root cause of your troubles. This often requires involves some detective work based on experience. The initial site visit from salesperson Roy Warren was both refreshing and uncommon in that he spent time to diagnose the situation (providing valuable insight) and made a recommendation (replace sliding doors first) that did not result in a quick sale. In fact, his suggestion may not result in any revenue for him or his company. I am highly appreciative for his approach and I gladly recommend Roy and Clarke Basement Systems as a result.
