Fitz and Josh arrived a half hour before schedule and were very professional in their approach to the project. We had experienced a number of leaks in the fall but due to recent rains, the leaks and cracks had increased. As a member of a condo, the property manager had to be involved and various approvals granted. The additional work was authourized and completed in the time scheduled without a return visit. Both Fitz & Josh worked well together and were very cognisant of the homeowner and wanting to keep the dust and dirt to a minimum. The process was explained in detail at all stages and the reasons for each stage. The work was completed in a timely fashion and the work area clear as much as possible. Thanks to Fitz and Josh
