We had a bed bug scare. Akram made himself available within hours to do an inspection. He first sat down with me to get an idea of the situation and what led us to think there might be a bed bug problem. He then educated me as to the main ways bed bugs infestations may arise and how one would notice them. Finally he proceeded to do a very through search for bed bugs throughout our place, taking the time to look in every possible place where they might lodge (behind paintings, unscrewing the legs of the sofas, underneath sofas, underneath creases of chair cushions). He is very gentle and a pleasure to interact with.
