Terrible customer service and install. Significantly missed target delivery date. Poor customer relationship when I called to find out about delivery ... was told to "read the contract". Poor install ... had to come back to finish but 3weeks later. Today I got 3calls from Sunrise ... 2 from Harland and 1 from their accountant asking for payment. They tried to use a visa# I gave 5mths ago when we initially ordered the windows. Neither seems to be able to find the visa# we wrote down on the installer form 4days ago. Now I am concerned about the process Sunrise has in taking care of private/confidential information such as visa #'s. Stay clear of this company ... poor customer relationship/install!
