Tenants pulled a midnight move Dec 3(Merry Christmas!) and left the rental in horrific condition. The carpets were brand new when the tenants moved in but now they are burned from cigarettes in many places, there are biological stains throughout & the carpet is extremely worn. It looks 25 years old! Shawn arrived today to clean what carpet could be cleaned but I wasn’t hopeful. He started in a spare bedroom and it came up very well. Next he moved to the living room which was heavily soiled. Shawn suggested it all be sanitized due to the biological staining and I agreed. To my surprize he was able to bring the living room back to life! Upon inspection of the rest of the home he advised I would be wasting my money to attempt to clean it as it is so badly stained and burned. I appreciated his honesty. Shawn was polite, explained his process in detail and was very professional. I will be requesting him personally when I have further carpet cleaning needs. Thanks for your help Shawn Garland!!
