We had an entire kitchen done by Cartier Kitchens head office located in Brampton, Ontario..(it doesn't matter which dealer you use), once you give them your money, you have to deal with their head office.The kitchen was installed with cabinet doors not sitting right, drawers that does not close properly, their service man showed up took a door away and came back 3 weeks later with the same door only to tell me my wall is not straight. It's been very fustrating and we are still waiting to get 2 doors and our drawers fixed. What are the chances it will be done before Christmas?? Very Slim!!
