My interaction with Mr. Handyman was a very pleasant one. The gentleman who came to repair my broken screen door was very knowledgeable and personable. It was a fantastic experience from a customer stand point, however I believe the parts and labour are severely over priced. The higher management, I think his name is Nick, is not very approachable. To me it seems these skilled tradesmen should be on their own in their practice instead of working with a go-between. they would make more money and be better appreciated.

- Pay their staff a reasonable rate as staff is only paid for 'on site' performance.

- Go with another company and don't support this one!
