I had to replace my old furnace which had exceeded its service life. I was hesitant when deciding on who to hire for the job as I heard about bad experiences from different people. Wen I called Michael I was pleased when he soon returned the call. He listened to my questions and provided me with enough info to trust his knowledge and experience (not the classical "I can' t tell anything until I see it"). He showed up on time and completed the job as estimated. Everything was well done up to the last finishes includin leaving the area clean as it originally was. No sloppy work or shortcuts. Now the new furnace is up and running. Would I recomend the company? Absolutely. To my neighbours, friends and everybody. Nowadays is not easy to find a contractor with the high scores in all the aspects. I" m very pleased with the work of his company.
