I have dealt with many contractors over the last few years and this was by far my best experience. Novel Care was thoroughly professional in every aspect of their service. Most of all, they were ON TIME!!!! I had an ductless heat pump installed. The process was clearly explained at each step. There was a properly-written, detailed estimate provided with convenient online sign-back service. The scheduling service was excellent. There was a delay beyond their control in obtaining particular materials required for my install. That was communicated to me right away. Once the materials had arrived, I was back on the schedule and the install happened exactly as was explained in advance. I can't tell contractors how important these aspects are to their business. Zero BS. The technicians doing the install were also very professional and courteous. I am enjoy beautifully cool air in my home and to a better (and cheaper) heating experience this winter.
