I have been thrilled with AAA Alarms since we installed it in our home. Our garage has been broken into on severa occasions and their response has been very speedy and proficient every time. My family feels much safer having our home equipped with AAA Alarms. The "emergency" button is one of our favourite features in case we are unable to make it to the phone in time.

Avoid at all costs! They have a terrible customer service team. We hired them to work on an expansion to our home (an additional bedroom) and we are deeply dissatisfied with their work. We have complained on numerous occasions and they have yet to actually send someone our way to repair the poor workmanship. We have been unable to use the new bedroom as it isn't even insulated and thus completely frigid now that it's winter. DO NOT USE THEM!
