When we were in the process of purchasing our home, we decided to go with the mortgage plus reno in order to finish the basement. This meant needing a quote to give the bank on short notice. I contacted many companies but either they took a very long time getting back to me, or their estimates were much higher than we were expecting to pay. When I contacted ReImagine, I received an immediate response, and Bo was able to come to the house and give us a quote very quickly. The price was less than other companies, and he even gave me a booking credit that was meant to be used earlier in the year. Peggy oversaw the project and was beyond amazing, always very quick to respond to any questions and made sure we always knew what was going on. She is a huge asset and I loved working with her. Josh was also great, making sure I was happy with anything that was done. Any small problems that came up were taken care of efficiently and to my satisfaction. The timeline went over a bit, which is never ideal, but Peggy and Josh worked hard to make sure we could wrap things up as soon as possible. We are very happy with how everything turned out, thanks so much for our gorgeous basement!
