Jim and tim were very proactive. I had arranged the appointment for 11 am today and they were there 5 minutes earlier which was very impressive. Also i was very happy how they delicately handled my cargo and delivered it safely to my house. Overall highly impressed with thier hardwork and dedication to the job and excellent customer service provided by both individuals and will definitely come back to this company to have jim and tim work for me again .
