Had my windows replaced and there have been nothing but mistakes and shoddy work man ship. It has taken forever to complete and now it's cold and snowing and I had wanted it completed before the cold set in.
This business does not answer phones. Had 1 of 4 cleanings and it was a terrible job. Was supposed to have scheduled cleaning Nov. 1st but no one showed up. Later that night company emailed me that my cleaning was cancelled. Duh. I have requested that they call me but they are too cowardly. Now they are saying they will not honor dealfind vouchers. I guess dealfind has realized what I have; BM Cleansweep sucks!!!
