During the now infamous Ice Storm of 2013, our ash tree suffered irreparable damage. Despite the unexpected demand on his time, Derek came by the day of the storm to assess the damage and confirmed our worst fears that our tree, already victim to the Emerald Ash Borer, needed to be taken down. Derek told us what he would do, when he would do it and what it would cost. As with the pruning of the tree by Derek’s crew a few years before, Derek once again delivered on all his promises. Although saddened by the loss of our tree, it is always a marvel to watch this competent crew do their work. We highly recommend this company.

This job was done as scheduled and as quoted (realistic pricing). It was done efficiently and safely and included an immaculate clean-up. There was an added bonus of being treated to a mini ‘cirque de soleil’ show as the technican did his work high in the tree top.
