The worst service that I have ever dealt with. I ordered furnace filters from this company on August 22. They have yet to be delivered. Their customer service people have indicated to me on several occasions that my order is on it's way. This has happened at least 6 times now. One month later, I have yet to receive anything. They happily took my money, but are unable to deliver (or provide a requested refund). Do not deal with this company. Their customer service stinks, and they are incredibly dishonest. As a footnote to my above comments, I am pleased to report that after 28 days, and several emails, I was contacted directly by the company owner, and the situation was rectified to my satisfaction. Hopefully the constructive conversation that I had with the owner will help other future customers.
